Guests at Villa Silvandra can make use of many of the facilities including the swimming pool, sundeck and meditation area. There are two staff employed at Villa Silvandra, a house keeper and a gardener plus a security guard is on duty at night.

the relaxation & meditation area: Attached to the main villa is a small meditation and relaxation area surrounded by water features.

the living area: The villa has a large open living area overlooking the valley. There is a satellite TV and DVD/CD player available.
the library and study: The library has a wide range of books in various languages and a small sound system.
